At Vilera Pakistan, returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged or defective products. If an incorrect order is placed by the customer, the return or exchange policy will not apply. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. And for claim you need to make a video of parcel while unpacking, without video no claim or complaint will be entertained.
Vilera Pakistan offers a 15-day return or exchange policy for damaged or defective items, starting from the date of delivery.
Product must be unused and in its original packaging.
All original tags, accessories, and the invoice/receipt must be included.
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or as gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.
