Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

At Vilera Pakistan, returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged or defective products. If an incorrect order is placed by the customer, the return or exchange policy will not apply. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. And for claim you need to make a video of parcel while unpacking, without video no claim or complaint will be entertained.


Return or Exchange Window

Vilera Pakistan offers a 15-day return or exchange policy for damaged or defective items, starting from the date of delivery.


Conditions for Return

  • Product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • All original tags, accessories, and the invoice/receipt must be included.

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or as gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.

Approval Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

Important

Please do not send any item without prior approval, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

After we receive and inspect the returned parcel, your exchange order will be processed accordingly.
